U.K. Press continued...

Some more nice bits of press from the U.K. (more to come, others in previous posts below):

First, very flattered by the kind words about the ArchiveX debut album "Some Ungodly Hour" from Anthem Review. "'Some Ungodly Hour' is a literal masterpiece... It’s music that grows with the listener, never outpacing or outstripping the moment, and never abruptly dropping the sense of wonder that it brings. Music that is worth waiting for, and definitely worth replaying, it’s a slow-burning triumph." Thanks much for the kind words! You can read the rest of the review at Anthem Review

"Every track has it's own style and grace." Another nice review from Music Injection

"ArchiveX: It's just sort of a gift from the aliens...the 'X' factor": Check out an interview with ArchiveX here in Fame Magazine

And a little more behind-the-scenes ArchiveX Q&A action with The Big Issue North

ArchiveX Video "Hard Times" PremiereS in the UK.

A big thanks to Headliner Magazine for their UK video premiere of the ArchiveX single Hard Times: "Soulful, ambient and roots...with a twist; hard-hitting vocals and production honed to a sharp metaphorical point." - Headliner Magazine

More recent press from the UK:

"Dazzling timeless and intense music..." - Fame Magazine

"Hard Times is a song that rips into your soul. A MUST watch video..." - Music Injection

"ArchiveX’s 'Soul-Ambient-Electro-Roots': It’s a subtle, genre- and quite simply age-defying music." - Anthem Review

"ArchiveX doesn’t let you get away with the sweetness and roses stuff here, nor does he become preachy. He delivers a vocal “story” befitting the subject of the lyrics." -BluesMusicFan.com

"This California-based artist is a tough cookie to crack: is he a gospel angel? Is he hip-hop? Is that a bit of Motown thrown in there? No one knows. But we want more." -Lock in Music

ArchiveX video marks the 110-year anniversary of '06 SF quake

April 18th is the 110th anniversary of the '06 quake in ArchiveX's city of San Francisco. To commemorate the event, we've edited together some deeply moving footage of SF's Market Street just before and after the quake. Set to ArchiveX's track "No Words," it's a pretty haunting journey. The last two minutes are particularly devastating. Check it out on the Video page here at ArchiveXmusic.com or on Vimeo at Vimeo.com/archivexmusic
